Images and editor text

The editor reads selected images locally in your browser and renders layouts on your device. It does not upload your selected photos, shop name, headline, captions or layout recipes to our server. These inputs remain in browser memory until replaced or the page is closed. Files you export or save remain under your control on your device. We do not retain a server copy of your editor inputs.

Website and support data

Our hosting provider may process ordinary technical access logs, such as IP address, time, browser information and requested URL, to deliver and protect the website. We do not add advertising trackers or third-party analytics. Platform security mechanisms may use essential cookies. If you email support, we receive your email address, message and any attachments you choose to send.

Purchases

When sales open, Waffo will process payment information entered at its checkout under its own privacy terms. We may receive order identifiers, purchase email, product, amount and payment status for delivery, support and accounting. Purchase email, order references, payment status, policy version and download timestamps are kept in a separate database on Zeabur to deliver and support your purchase. Your private order link is a download credential; keep it private. It stays in the URL fragment and may be saved in this tab’s session storage so you can return from checkout. We do not include it in page-access logs. Framebatch does not store full payment-card numbers or security codes. Paid checkout is currently disabled, so the editor does not collect payment details.

Use, sharing and retention

We use technical, purchase and support information to operate the service, provide downloads, respond to requests, prevent misuse and meet accounting or legal requirements. Hosting and payment providers process data needed for those functions; we do not sell personal information. Providers may process data in countries other than your own. Support and transaction records are kept only as needed for those purposes and applicable retention duties. Your editor files are not collected in the first place.

Your choices

You can use the free editor without creating an account or providing an email address. Do not send sensitive images in support requests. Email us to request access, correction or deletion of personal data we hold, or to raise a privacy concern. Some transaction records may need to be retained to meet legal obligations. Closing or refreshing the editor clears its working state; delete locally saved exports and recipes yourself if desired.

Changes

Updates will be posted on this page with a new effective date. This policy covers Framebatch’s processing; external hosting and payment services also have their own policies.
