Download or functional problems

If you cannot obtain your purchased download, open the HTML application, or use an advertised export function in a supported current desktop browser, contact us within 14 days of purchase. We will help restore access or resolve the issue. If we cannot provide the product as described, you may receive a refund of that purchase.

Duplicate or mistaken charges

Contact us promptly about duplicate charges for the same edition or a payment that appears incorrect. Include your order number and purchase email so the payment can be checked. Do not email full card numbers or security codes.

Before you buy

Use the free editor to check the layouts and your browser. The tool uses existing photos; it does not remove backgrounds or generate scenes. No refund decision is based on a promise of sales improvement or marketplace approval, because those outcomes are not offered. Any mandatory cancellation, withdrawal or other consumer rights continue to apply.

How refunds are handled

Email 1126912882@qq.com with your order number, purchase date, browser and a description of the issue. Approved refunds are processed through the original payment provider and payment method where supported; bank or provider processing time can vary. Refunding a license ends the right to use the refunded copy. There is no recurring subscription to cancel. This policy does not describe an existing sale: paid checkout is disabled until payment activation is complete.
